Separation of Sausages

Quick and accurate separation by means of microwaves.

We have  developed  a  new process for the separation of sausages with casing.

In contrast to the systems of other manufacturers the sausages are not cut anymore, but  separated by means of microwaves, without any mechanical intervention. With this technology it is possible to separate up to 700 sausages per minute. The sausage ends are neatly closed and no sausage meat  falls out.

The system can be specially adapted to length and caliber and thus is suitable for any type of sausage i.e. fried sausage, boiled sausage, raw sausage or any other special type.

It was specially developed for the food industry in accordance with the current directives and meets the highest cleaning and hygiene requirements.
